杨治辉，男，1967年1月出生，安徽蚌埠人。现为安徽财经大学统计与应用数学院教授、硕士生导师、应用数学研究所负责人。安徽省数学学会常务理事、安徽省信息咨询专家委员会委员、全国供销合作社系统优秀教师。1985-1989年，北京师范大学基础数学专业，理学学士。1989-2004年，蚌埠坦克学院数学教研室工作，副教授、副主任。2005-至今，安徽财经大学工作，2008年教授，曾任应用数学系主任、副院长。1995-1996，东南大学应用数学系访问学者，图论研究方向；2001-2002，东南大学应用数学系，非线性分析方向研究生学习；2010-2011东南大学数学学院访问学者，分数阶系统研究方向。
